More Study Material

I purchased Boson ExSim-Max for Cisco 840-602 yesterday. I have taken a couple of simulated tests and the results were surprising. The package offers 400+ test questions in multiple exam formats.

Initially I was against simulated tests, but this product has really helped me see the areas I need to work on.

 

I recommend it.

I hope to take my test in early February.

>Access Switch - HQ Network - Cisco-WS-C2960TT-L

New protocols implemented include HSRP, STP, VTP, and Etherchannel. I also had to perform some IOS upgrades via TFTP and FTP.

New Core Switch for Lab

I received another Cisco WS-3750-48TS for my core yesterday. I have already set it up in the rack and configured spanning-tree (with load balancing for primary and secondary root bridges) as well as etherchannel links and HSRP with the other 3750. I will post pictures soon.

Also, I have a Cisco WS-2960-24TT coming for access edge. This will be the first 2960 I will be introducing into my topology.
